    As I’ve said countless times, I don’t do portraits often. I have to say I do enjoy shooting them but I usually don’t have the models required to do them.     This is a headshot of Brandon who I work with. It was really hot outside when we shot this and there was some nice backlighting as you can see. The M5’s DPAF really helped when it came to focusing. I did try using focus peaking although I was nowhere near steady enough to make it work when shooting near wide open.
